Job Description:

• Managing a DBA team: task allocation, prioritization, professional development, and training.

• Architecture planning and leading database-related projects.

• Installation, upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization of relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Couchbase).

• Managing backup processes, DR, information security, and performance monitoring.

• Working with vendors, managing engagements, and supporting strategic projects.

• Providing technological consulting to development teams and project managers.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an infrastructure and application DBA.

• At least 2–3 years of managerial experience leading a DBA team.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server (Oracle – an advantage).

• Experience working with Couchbase / MongoDB – a significant advantage.

• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure / AWS) – an advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL writing, stored procedures, and optimization.

• Understanding of DR, HA, AlwaysOn, and Cluster architectures.

• System-level perspective and business understanding, leadership and team management skills, high service orientation, and ability to work with multiple interfaces.

• Availability required for non-standard working hours.
