We are expanding and hiring Systems Engineers to join complex, large-scale national defense projects with a direct impact on advanced protection capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for Hardware or Software Engineers with strong system-level thinking who are looking to make a professional transition into Systems Engineering, working in a meaningful, multidisciplinary, and highly challenging technological environment.

🔧 What does the role include?

• Defining, developing, and managing requirements for complex systems

• Leading system integrations and hands-on system-level testing

• Writing design documents, requirements, ICDs, and integration documents

• Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and participating in key technical design reviews

🎯 What is required to succeed?

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary project (System / HW / SW)

• Experience with system integration, validation, or verification & validation (V&V)

• Strong system-level thinking, ability to work across interfaces, and motivation to grow into Systems Engineering

• Previous experience as a Systems Engineer

• Experience in avionics systems

• Relevant M.Sc. degree

• Background in airborne / aerospace systems
