BI Developer

• Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain BI assets including dashboards, datasets, data catalogs, and self-service analytics solutions
• Own BI solutions end-to-end — from gathering business requirements and modeling data to delivering production-ready dashboards
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards following best practices, and support users across the organization including analysts and Looker developers
• Provide support for ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders
• Design, implement, and validate client-side and server-side events for new product features
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Customer Success, Social, and Marketing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service analytics tools
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst in a B2C environment
• Strong SQL skills; experience with BigQuery and Airflow is a strong advantage
• Proven experience designing complex ETL processes and contributing to data warehouse architecture
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
