Finance | Haifa (Onsite Focus)

A leading global, publicly traded fintech organization is seeking a NetSuite Financial Systems Specialist to take full ownership of its financial systems environment.

This is a hands-on, independent role for a CPA with deep NetSuite expertise, combining accounting leadership with system development, integrations, and ongoing optimization in a complex, international setup.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ownership of NetSuite ERP, supporting the company’s growth across multiple territories
• Continuous development and enhancement of NetSuite, including customizations, integrations, and new internal financial features
• Establishment of new accounting entities, subsidiaries, and financial structures globally
• Hands-on NetSuite administration: roles, permissions, configurations, troubleshooting
• Leading financial system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Acting as the bridge between Finance, IT, and Operations
• Building and maintaining financial workflows, documentation, and internal controls

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Strong, hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (implementation, development, ongoing optimization)
• Proven experience combining Accounting, Financial Systems, and IT
• Experience with system integrations, global rollouts, and entity setup
• Deep understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, JE, COA, AP/AR, procurement)
• Ability to work independently as the sole owner of the financial systems domain
• High-level English proficiency
• Strong ownership mindset, accuracy, and excellent communication skills

Location & Work Model

• Haifa (MATAM) – at least 2 days per week onsite for candidates not based in the north
• Remaining days from Tel Aviv (Sarona area)
• Office-first role (not suitable for candidates seeking mostly remote work)
