Chief Accountant

For a leading company in its field, located in central Israel.

Role Description:

Full responsibility for managing the company’s accounting operations, including budget tracking and control of ongoing activities, regular financial reporting to management, month-end closings, management of payments to suppliers and institutions, collection from B2B customers, and providing financial support to the organization.

Additionally, responsibility for managing and defining financial technological systems and working closely with multiple internal departments.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper – Type 3 or higher – mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing a team
• High proficiency in Hashavshevet and Excel – mandatory
• Experience with NetSuite – advantage
• Proven experience working with financial institutions and tax authorities
• Strong leadership skills, systemic thinking, and ability to lead processes
• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and teamwork mindset
• Good level of English – mandatory
