We are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Lead System Engineer to take a key role in shaping next-generation power, IoT and big-data driven systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining system architecture, multidisciplinary engineering, and close collaboration with hardware, software, and algorithm teams — from early concept through deployment at customer sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the system architecture and high-level requirements for complex HW/SW systems
• Translate market and customer needs into clear, structured system specifications (SRS, HLDD, LLDD)
• Define and manage regulatory & compliance requirements (EMI/RFI, safety, environmental, radio)
• Lead system design reviews (PDR / CDR) and technical decision-making forums
• Plan and supervise certification and compliance testing at accredited labs
• Lead pilot installations, field deployments, and customer-facing technical activities
• Work on large-scale IoT systems, high data volumes, and distributed architectures
• Collaborate on algorithms and data-driven solutions including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Mining
• Serve as the technical focal point, aligning multidisciplinary teams and driving execution

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Computer Science / Software Engineering – required
• 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer in complex multidisciplinary systems
• Strong background in system architecture combining hardware, embedded software, and algorithms
• Experience with IoT systems at scale and Big Data environments
• Solid understanding of electrical interfaces and communication protocols
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed requirements and lead processes end-to-end
• Natural leader with system-level vision, ownership mindset, and fast learning abilities
• Excellent communication and influence skills — comfortable leading meetings and driving alignment
• Willingness to be hands-on when needed
• High-level English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
