Role Description:
- Develop, build, and maintain CMM programs for inspecting mechanical components.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections for machined parts and assemblies.
- Conduct in-process inspections, first article approvals, final inspections, and delivery approvals.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to define inspection criteria.
- Work according to ANSI/ASME, ISO, and GD&T standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in CMM programs and provide professional solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve inspection processes.
- Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to optimize and streamline workflows.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings – Mandatory
- Experience in CMM programming using Cosmos – Mandatory
- Experience working with Mitutoyo CMM machines – Advantage
- Hebrew – High level
- Technical English – Mandatory
- Russian – Advantage
- Full-time position
