Salesforce Systems Analyst and Implementer

We are seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst and Implementer for a company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Initiate, analyze, and lead projects in the sales, service, and marketing domains, from ideation and

planning through execution, implementation, and control

-Work on an ongoing basis with business and technology stakeholders across the organization

-Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

-Translate business and technical requirements into effective Salesforce solutions

-Perform hands-on Salesforce implementation and configuration

-Lead cross-organizational processes in a multi-system, technologically advanced environment

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis and specification
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering andManagement / a similar field
• Experience working with sales, marketing, or service processes - advantage
