We're Hiring: Full Stack Tech Lead (Hands-On)

Location: Lod (Hybrid – 1 day from home)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead who is passionate about building high-quality digital products, leading complex development efforts, and driving technological excellence across our digital ecosystem.

If you’re a hands-on developer with strong client-side expertise and a natural ability to guide teams — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical development tasks and guide engineering practices within the Digital Customer unit.
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing WEB applications and CMS-based systems.
• Build modern, accessible user interfaces (WCAG AA).
• Work closely with Product, QA, UX/UI, and multiple development teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
• Write and consume RESTful services, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
• Take ownership of major projects from planning to production.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams – mandatory.
• 3+ years of hands-on development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (responsive websites).
• 2+ years developing accessible websites (WCAG 2.0 AA).
• 3+ years working with databases: SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL.
• Strong experience with RESTful services (design & consumption).
• Experience with Git and TFS source control tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PHP or Java – strong advantage.
• Front-End development with Angular or React – significant advantage.
• Experience working with Drupal CMS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with the financial domain.
