Frontend Team Leader

A startup in the AI space developing a SaaS platform for managing and tracking complex construction projects, with the goal of transforming the construction industry into a smart, digital environment, minimizing gaps between planning and execution, and reducing costs.

The company is based in Tel Aviv (near the train line), operates a hybrid work model, and employs hundreds of employees globally, most of them in Israel.

The company recently completed a Series C funding round, raising hundreds of millions of dollars, and serves paying customers. It offers competitive benefits, including stock options, meal allowances, and a professional development fund.

Role responsibilities:

• Managing a Frontend team of 3 developers.
• Hands-on development (~50%) using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Providing technical leadership and professional mentorship to the team.
• Leading development processes, best practices, and engineering standards.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring high code quality.
• Reporting directly to the VP.

Requirements:

• One year of managerial or technical lead experience – mandatory.
• 5 years of Frontend development experience (total industry experience up to 10 years) – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with React – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript – mandatory.
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud environments – mandatory.
• Previous experience in startup companies (SU) – mandatory.
