Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Device Product Development Manager located in Ness Ziona, Israel. The Product Development Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, planning, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities also include navigating regulatory affairs with the FDA or EMA, collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with various vendors, defining product requirements, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The role requires tracking project progress, managing resources effectively, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, including ISO 13485 and QMS.

You will be working with a small and dedicated team.

Qualifications

REAL Experience in medical device development and FDA approval  

Product development, project management, and lifecycle managementexperience 

Strong scientific background – Chemistry (required)—with analytical and research skills  

Native-level English 

Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to product development and project management 

Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment in Ness Ziona, Israel 

Experience in the healthcare or medical industry (required) 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry 

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.
