This role is for someone who’s curious, technically minded, and genuinely excited about fintech, payments, and financial products. You’ll work close to the metal — with engineers, real users, real money, and real constraints.

🔨 What you’ll actually do

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with experienced product leaders and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on product delivery and execution across the full lifecycle.

You will:

Own product delivery for features and flows from definition to production

Define and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Drive execution with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams

Ensure on-time, high-quality releases and smooth production rollouts

Contribute to product discovery while translating decisions into deliverable scope

Help shape and maintain product roadmaps and priorities

Balance user experience, business goals, and regulatory constraints

Take growing ownership over complex features as you scale in the role

👀 Who we’re looking for

0–2 years of experience (internships or early PM roles count)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science — a must

Strong execution mindset with a bias toward shipping and delivery

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Comfortable with technical discussions and system-level thinking

Passion for finance, fintech, and how money moves

High ownership, curiosity, and a strong learning mindset

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
