Lead Engineer

Exon is seeking a talented, highly motivated Lead Engineer to join

its growing R&D Department.

In this position, you will be leading the development of the company’s Key product.

Building and designing solutions while growing and mentoring the team.

Reporting to a Team Lead, you will play a key role in the growth of the company.

Job responsibilities:

• Designing and developing dozens of websites, with emphasis on product tests.
• Mentoring / Technological training of the other team members.
• Working directly with the team lead and the product team to create and execute the development plan.
• Help lead the company to a new era of new technologies and substantial changes.
• Setting the standards of development for the team while assisting in guiding and growing the team.
• Implementation of architecture at all stages of development (code | design | monitoring | scale)
• Helping set the ground for a growing team with changing and challenging tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ Years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in system architecture.
• Passion for developing an effective environment with better standards and skills.
• Strong hands-on background with NodeJS and React with TypeScript, NextJS - advantage
• Working experience with cloud solutions. AWS - advantage.
• High motivation to work within teams, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
• BSc or MSc in CS / Math / Elec. Engineering — a significant advantage.
