We’re looking for a Tech Lead to guide the team through technical challenges, connect the dots between departments, and help drive smart, practical decisions.

About the Role

This is not a developer or product role—it’s a hands-on, technical leadership position. You’ll be the person the team turns to when things get tricky. Whether it’s a system bug, a third-party integration issue, or a process bottleneck, you’ll bring clarity, direction, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Be the technical go-to person for the E-comm Team, especially in challenging or unclear situations.
• Own the flow of operations between the website and its many stakeholders—Product, QA, R&D, Design, Customer Service, and third-party vendors.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to investigate issues, analyze system behavior, improve workflows, and support faster, more intelligent decision-making.
• Understand and map how our Magento 2-based site functions so that you can spot issues, suggest workarounds, and coordinate fixes with the right people.
• Lead investigations into system problems—asking the right questions, gathering inputs, and driving resolution.
• Identify technical gaps or inefficiencies in processes and work with others to improve them.
• Support internal users with website-related challenges, helping prioritize and clearly communicate with technical teams.
• Help the team grow by encouraging best practices, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior members.

Who You Are

• You have a strong technical understanding of how web platforms work (Magento/e-commerce experience is a big plus).
• You’re not a developer, but you’re comfortable collaborating with developers and technical teams.
• You’re naturally curious, creative, and enjoy solving problems—especially those with many moving parts.
• You enjoy working across teams and are skilled at keeping things moving in fast-paced environments.
• You’re a clear communicator, fluent in both English and “tech-speak.”
• You’re organized, proactive, and have an excellent eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versa.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments where agility and collaboration are key.
• Previous experience in any technical, operational, or analytical role is helpful—but not required.
