Customer Relations Officer

A leading international bank with a growing presence in Israel is looking for an exceptional Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to play a key role in expanding its Private Banking activity among entrepreneurs, senior executives, and high-net-worth individuals from the tech ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities early, and becoming a trusted financial partner at pivotal moments in clients’ lives.

• Build and lead business development with private clients from the tech and innovation sectors

• Create early connections with founders, executives and investors ahead of liquidity events and exits

• Develop long-term, trust-based client relationships

• Lead the client onboarding process end-to-end

• Work closely with senior management and professional teams in Israel and abroad

• Build and grow an independent client portfolio with significant upside

• 5+ years of experience in tech, entrepreneurship, VC, business development or senior commercial roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting

• Strong financial orientation and fast learning ability

• Exceptional networking skills and strategic mindset

• Highly independent, proactive and opportunity-driven

• Strong presence, communication skills and personal credibility

• Fluent English (very high level)
