Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager based in Bat Yam . The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations of the hotel, including equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance plans, and effective management of repair projects. The role also involves managing maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing resources to maintain high operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician ( Israeli lisence) is a must and Mechanical engineering background is a plus
• Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Hands-on experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Expertise in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair operations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in property management
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software is an advantage
