Back End Developer

A young and successful cybersecurity startup specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The company is building an AI-driven IAM platform designed to redefine how organizations manage and secure identities.

Founded by three experienced entrepreneurs post-exit, the company raised $20 million in Seed funding. It currently employs 25 staff members and is experiencing rapid growth.

Based in Tel Aviv, with one work-from-home day per week.

Role overview:

• Join as a versatile, experienced developer.
• Primary development in Go, with openness to skill expansion and cross-training.
• Contribute to building and maintaining core IAM platform features.
• Work in a dynamic startup environment and support the company’s scaling efforts.

Requirements:

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in backend software development
• Proficiency with Go and experience with systems programming languages
• Experience with databases including SQL and graph databases
• Message queue/event streaming experience (Kafka, RedPanda, or similar)
• Cloud technologies such as AWS, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• API development experience with REST and gRPC
• Testing frameworks and practices for backend systems
• Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
