About IMPACT-se:

The Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se) is a research and policy organization founded to tackle the challenge of intolerance and incitement by analyzing education and encouraging standards of peace and tolerance derived from international declarations and resolutions.

Founded at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, IMPACT-se is an internationally respected leader in the field of textbook analysis and is dedicated to peacemaking between peoples and nations by encouraging acceptance of the other and rejection of violent conflict.

Development Manager (Full-Time)

Reporting to the CEO, IMPACT-se is seeking a full-time Development Manager to join its staff.

Responsibilities include:

·      Research new prospects for IMPACT-se and proactively reach out to secure meetings on behalf of the organization’s leadership.

·      Assist with grant applications and other donor-related follow-up.

·      Help service existing funders, including reporting and ongoing communications.

·      Maintain and update the donor CRM (contacts, interactions, meeting notes, and follow-ups), in coordination with the Office Manager.

Requirements:

·      2–4 years of experience in fundraising/development, partnerships, or a related role (nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred).

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft clear donor communications and support grant writing.

·      Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, calendars, and deadlines.

·      Confidence engaging externally with senior stakeholders and representing the organization professionally.

·      Experience working with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar) and maintaining high-quality data.

·      High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

·      Experience orking with Office app (Excel. Word, PP, etc.)
