Customer Service Representative

🤝 We’re Hiring: Customer Service & Retention Representative | Petah Tikva

A leading product company based in Petah Tikva is looking for a proactive Customer Service & Retention Representative to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Provide professional service and support to customers via phone & email

• Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

• Conduct follow-ups with at-risk clients to prevent churn

• Share feedback and insights with internal teams for continuous improvement

• Take full responsibility for customer retention and satisfaction over time

What we’re looking for:

• ~1 year of experience in customer service or retention roles

• Strong customer orientation, empathy, and listening skills

• Ability to manage objections and lead result-oriented conversations

• High-level Hebrew (written & verbal)

• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities

• Experience with Zendesk – an advantage

• Familiarity with digital marketing & SaaS environments – a plus

Job details:

📍 Full-time position at our offices in Petah Tikva (1 hybrid day per week)

🕘 Regular shift: 09:00–18:00

👩‍👩‍👧 Parent-friendly shift: 08:00–15:00

🌙 Alternative shift: 11:00–19:00

Salary is around 9,000-10,000 NIS
