🚀 High-Tech Community & Ecosystem Leader – Eilat & Hevel Eilot

We are looking for a High-Tech Community & Ecosystem Leader to build, grow, and orchestrate Eilat & Hevel Eilot’s high-tech ecosystem and community — connecting high-tech companies, startups, professionals, academia, investors, government, and infrastructure to create a thriving environment for high-tech growth.

This role combines community building, HR & talent development with ecosystem orchestration and business development, ensuring the region becomes a fully supportive hub for high-tech companies and professionals.

High-Tech Ecosystem & Business Development

• Attract and connect high-tech companies and startups to Eilat & Hevel Eilot

• Map and integrate the full ecosystem: education, talent, infrastructure, government programs, investment, and corporate partners

• Facilitate strategic collaborations between startups, corporates, academia, and government

• Promote Eilat & Hevel Eilot as a national and international high-tech destination

• Serve as a central point for companies looking to establish or scale high-tech operations in the region

Community & Talent Development

• Build, engage, and nurture a strong high-tech community in the region

• Develop talent pipelines, training, and upskilling programs

• Connect local and incoming professionals to employment opportunities in high-tech companies

• Support soft-landing programs for relocated talent

Representation & Impact Measurement

• Represent Eilat & Hevel Eilot’s high-tech ecosystem and community at national and international forums

• Track KPIs: companies attracted, partnerships formed, jobs created, talent placed, and community engagement levels

• Continuously refine strategies to strengthen both the high-tech ecosystem and the professional community

• Experience in community building, HR / talent development, and ecosystem orchestration / business development

• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to influence multiple stakeholders

• Fluent in English & Hebrew

• Willingness to work primarily from Eilat
