The Assistant Controller supports the controller and the Director of Finance & Accounting in managing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records, compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements, and the effective execution of month-end close, audits, and internal controls

The Assistant Controller works closely with the bookkeeping team, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders and contributes to budgeting, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement in a growing, dynamic environmen

• ies Support control and oversight of core accounting areas, including B2C/B2B revenues, inventory, and accrua
• ls.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports in accordance with US GA
• AP.Perform quality control over P&L and balance sheet transactions, including reviews of journal entries and account reconciliatio
• ns.Identifying and establishing the SOX matrix for the Company’s workflo
• ws.Support budget monitoring, variance analysis, and financial performance tracki
