Operational System Team Lead

An AI technology company develops next-generation smart infrastructure solutions that combine advanced capabilities with modern data analytics and machine learning.

We are now hiring an Operational Systems Team Lead, who will lead post-deployment lifecycle - ensuring system readiness, extracting insights from operational data, leading customer-facing workflows, and manage support and service framework for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Own the post-deployment operational lifecycle of customer sites.
• Design and build the customer-support infrastructure - workflows, playbooks, KPIs, and communication channels between customer and the company.
• Lead ongoing customer operations, including training, onboarding, and deep understanding of user workflows and pain points.
• Analyze large-scale data, extracting insights at both macro (system trends) and micro (event-level) resolution to drive continuous performance optimization.
• Translate field insights into actionable engineering inputs, including bugs, feature requests, and data-backed recommendations for other teams in the company such as Algo, Product, and R&D.
• Manage and scale field & back office analysts team, prioritizing operational impact and maintaining tight collaboration with the Application team during handover.

Requirements:

• Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering degree, or equivalent relevant experience from industry and/or relevant military background.
• Strong analytical and technical capability.
• Experience in customer-facing operational roles, with excellent communication and expectation-management skills.
• Managerial experience, high ownership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
• Proven ability to build processes or operational frameworks, ideally in technical or support-oriented environments.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
