System Engineer

As a groundbreaking startup developing a complex, multidisciplinary system, we are looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our team in the Omer Industrial Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the system-level design of a complex, multidisciplinary system, including writing specifications, deriving requirements for various engineering disciplines, defining interfaces, and creating integration plans.
• Lead internal and customer-facing design reviews.
• Manage the assembly and integration processes of diverse subsystems.
• Work closely with suppliers and customers in Israel and abroad, including leading technical surveys and reviews

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or higher in Engineering or Physics from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proven experience with the development and integration processes of complex systems.
• Familiarity with electro-optical systems
• High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a strong team player.

Advantages:

• Relevant advanced degrees (M.Sc. or higher).
• Experience with defense systems.
• Familiarity with fine mechanics, or control systems.
