GenAI Implementation & Validation Student

WebTech, a leading Generative AI and digital solutions company, is seeking an outstanding Information Systems student to join our GenAI team in a hands-on implementation and validation role.

In this position, you will work directly with Generative AI–based solutions, supporting the implementation of AI features in real enterprise projects. Your responsibilities will include functional and data validation, testing AI-driven workflows, analyzing model behavior and outputs, documenting findings, and ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, developers, product managers, and client-facing teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Third-year (or above) student in Information Systems, Information Management Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of software systems and digital workflows
• Basic knowledge of software testing and validation principles
• Experience or strong interest in Generative AI tools and AI-driven systems
• Ability to analyze data outputs and identify patterns or anomalies
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take ownership

• Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI model evaluation
• Experience with data analysis tools or dashboards
• Understanding of UX/UI and user-centric system design
• Exposure to agile development or project-based work
