About the Role :

You’ll lead a talented team of engineers working across multiple technology stacks, driving innovative solutions that shape the future of digital identity and customer trust.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead a talented team of engineers, mentor and grow them.
• Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of complex SaaS features — across backend, web, and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data Science to deliver impact.
• Oversee production systems in high-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Champion best practices and foster a “can-do” engineering culture.

What You’ll Need : 

• 5+ years as a software engineer, 3+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern web stacks (React, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Scala).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Proven record of leading projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
• A passion for building systems that scale, perform, and make a difference.
• (Bonus) Background in cybersecurity, AI, or computer vision.
