A startup in the FinTech & LegalTech sectors, developing a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers worldwide to manage equity distribution easily with just a few clicks.

The company is based in Tel Aviv (near the train line), offers one work-from-home day per week, and employs dozens of employees.

It has raised funding from leading venture capital firms and private investors and maintains partnerships with clients in Israel and abroad.

Role overview:

• Develop backend systems using Python.
• Build and maintain agents and integrate them into the core product.
• Deploy and monitor models in production within a cloud environment (GCP).
• Work with financial and legal data, both structured and unstructured.
• Utilize tools like LangGraph and PydanticAI for document analysis, entity recognition, and extraction of financial and legal information.
• Report directly to the team lead.

Requirements:

• Excellence indicator – military unit background or a bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical field – mandatory.
• 6 years of development experience – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Python – mandatory.
• Experience with at least one of the following: Agent development, Machine Learning (ML), LLM, AI Engineering, RAG, LangGraph, or LangChain – mandatory.
• Experience with Vector Databases – a plus.
• Experience with cloud deployment – a plus (preferably GCP).
