Product Manager

InfraEdge is seeking a Product Manager to lead multiple projects simultaneously and take a significant role in the development of advanced internal organizational systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead several projects in parallel, managing schedules, scope, and cross-team collaboration.
• Work directly with customers and client-side Product Owners: requirement definition, prioritization, roadmap creation, and release planning.
• Perform both business and technical analysis of system requirements and processes.
• Manage the backlog and write Features / Epics / User Stories in ADO or Jira.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP team, developers, implementers, and QA testers to ensure optimal understanding and execution of requirements.
• Play a key role in driving organizational processes.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in product management or business analysis within software/IT organizations.
• Proven experience working with customers, prioritizing scope, and managing releases.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps / Jira.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience translating requirements into business processes.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems – significant advantage.
• High level of self-management and full ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to clearly and concisely present statuses and project narratives in a way that motivates action.
