The mission



We’re building the first fully autonomous Learning & Development team powered by agentic AI.

Ann is an Israeli startup helping companies transform their knowledge into AI coaches that train employees through real-world practice, guide them 1:1, measure mastery, and continuously improve. What used to require researchers, instructional designers, trainers, and learning managers now runs end-to-end as software.

This role is for someone who wants to shape the future of workplace learning with AI. You’ll create training that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible today, and help turn it into a scalable product tomorrow.

What you’ll do

60% - Hands-on training development (core of the role)

A hands-on, client-facing builder role: you’ll work directly with prospective international customers and use Katie (the product we’re building) to design and build impressive AI-powered training - demonstrating real value fast and helping convert them into Katie users.

20% - Product craft (learning expertise meets product)

Bring your instructional design expertise into the product itself. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to refine workflows, quality standards, evaluation methods, and the definition of "great" AI-powered learning.

20% - Innovation & exploration

Continuously explore new AI tools, learning methodologies, and approaches (simulations, assessment design, rubrics, evaluation frameworks) to push the edge of what AI-driven training can do.

Who you are

🔹You live in the future. You’re always on top of new technology and usually try it first - your Tiktok feed is full of new AI tools, and you actually experiment with them.

🔹You understand the science of how people learn - so you can help refine the AI's "brain" to build better training and coach learners more effectively.

🔹You thrive in ambiguity and chaos. Startups are messy by default, and you’re comfortable operating without a playbook - figuring things out as you go and adapting fast.

🔹You’re comfortable with intensity. When it matters, you’re willing to put in extra hours - including nights or weekends - to meet the bar and get important work over the line.

🔹You’re a hands-on, client-facing builder with at least 4 years of experience building end-to-end training for corporate teams - taking raw, imperfect knowledge and turning it into effective training - and you genuinely enjoy doing it.

🔹You communicate sharply in English. Clear writing and crisp conversations with global customers are part of the job.
