Product Designer (UX/UI)

Role Description

We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join us on a part-time basis (50%) and take an active role in shaping the end-to-end user experience of PayWage, our Earned Wage Access fintech platform, including both a consumer-facing mobile app and an administrative web dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX flows and UI for both mobile (consumer) and web (admin/dashboard) products
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering to translate requirements into clear, usable designs
• Own UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and design-ready specifications for development
• Contribute to product discovery, usability improvements, and iteration on existing features
• Ensure consistency, usability, and clarity across complex fintech flows

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in UX and UI design, with a clear end-to-end portfolio
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Experience designing mobile apps - a must 
• Fintech, financial, or regulated-domain experience – a strong advantage
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a lean product team
