Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own marketing end-to-end and build the foundation of a scalable go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact, first-marketing-hire role with full ownership over strategy, narrative, and hands-on execution.

You will work closely with founders and sales to shape positioning, enable revenue, and translate a sophisticated AI product into clear, compelling stories for creative and technical audiences.

• Own marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, serving as the first and primary marketing leader.
• Build positioning, messaging, and value propositions that support sales conversations and shorten deal cycles.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, demo narratives, and competitive briefs.
• Partner with founders on ICP definition, customer discovery, and turning product capabilities into strong commercial narratives.
• Lead product and feature launches from research through narrative development, enablement, and impact measurement.
• Design and execute go-to-market plans aligned with business goals and product milestones.
• Execute hands-on across channels including content, email, lightweight paid experiments, partnerships, and social.
• Build a repeatable content system for thought leadership, product updates, demos, and studio-facing communication.
• Plan and manage conferences, industry events, community initiatives, and customer-facing activations.
• Define and track lightweight marketing analytics to measure pipeline impact, effectiveness, and inform iteration.

• 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or developer/creative tools.
• Strong full-stack marketing capabilities: product marketing, GTM, demand, and brand.
• Proven ability to support sales through strong storytelling, positioning, and enablement.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Experience working with game studios, creative platforms, or AI-driven products is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated scrappiness, ownership, and impact in early-stage or lean teams.
