Mal-Tech is hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer - Video, PSIM/C2 and Cyber Solutions

Location: Holon, Israel | Full-time | Office + Field

At Mal-Tech, an Israeli technology Provider, we’re looking for a strong Pre-Sales Engineer to lead the technical side of sales processes with government, defense and enterprise customers.

What you’ll do

• Gather customer requirements and define end-to-end technical solutions
• Design architectures: VMS/video, networking, servers, storage, analytics and integrations
• Prepare pre-sales deliverables: BoM, HLD/LLD, SOW, technical specs and presentations
• Run demos and POCs, support tenders and write technical responses
• Work closely with vendors and partners in Israel and abroad
• Support Sales, Projects and Service teams with technical guidance and knowledge transfer

Requirements (Must-have)

• 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Systems Engineering / Integration
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, VLANs, servers/VM, storage)
• Excellent technical communication and documentation skills in Hebrew and English
• Ability to lead customer-facing processes, highly organized and independent
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to have

• Experience with VMS/video platforms, cameras and video analytics
• Familiarity with PSIM/C2 platforms and API integrations
• Experience with tenders and public-sector / defense customers
• Knowledge of Cyber / OT Security
