Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands-on testing, managing a small team of off-shore junior testers, and overseeing QA work plans to ensure high-quality product releases.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing across web and Office JS Add-ins (Word, Outlook).
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior QA testers (off-shore).
- Develop, manage, and execute QA work plans and test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in manual software testing.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
