🎯 Requirements

• Civil Engineer – mandatory
• Proven experience in a field role within a contracting or development company – mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in cross-project project management – mandatory
• Experience in residential construction projects – mandatory
• Willingness to travel between regions, including Eilat at least once a week – mandatory
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel – mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
• Solid engineering and hands-on execution knowledge
• Availability for consistent on-site presence
