Job Description:

• Lead implementation and deployment processes of information systems within the organization, with a strong focus on the Priority system.
• Provide solutions to users’ business needs.
• Analyze user requirements and adapt solutions within the Priority system.
• Lead projects across various information systems.
• Train users and support system rollout and adoption processes.
• Handle complex issues and provide effective solutions to users.
• Coordinate and act as a liaison between different departments within the organization.
• Write work procedures and user training documentation.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Priority system – mandatory.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train users and support system implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Patience, strong listening skills, and attention to detail.
• High organizational skills and ability to work in a structured manner.
