Job Description:

Lead implementation and deployment processes of information systems within the organization, with a strong focus on the Priority system.
Provide solutions to users’ business needs.
Analyze user requirements and adapt solutions within the Priority system.
Lead projects across various information systems.
Train users and support system rollout and adoption processes.
Handle complex issues and provide effective solutions to users.
Coordinate and act as a liaison between different departments within the organization.
Write work procedures and user training documentation.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Priority system – mandatory.
Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to train users and support system implementation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Patience, strong listening skills, and attention to detail.
High organizational skills and ability to work in a structured manner.
