Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Cruise Operations professional. The role involves managing daily cruise-related operations, including coordinating with travel agents, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling reservations and itineraries. Responsibilities also include overseeing logistics, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. The individual will also support project management for special travel offerings while maintaining high levels of organization and communication.

• Ability to multitask, adapt to dynamic environments, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with the tourism industry or cruise operations is a must.
