A leading defense company is seeking a System Engineer to join a specialized team responsible for developing cyber protection capabilities for advanced weapon systems.

The role involves end-to-end system engineering with a strong focus on cyber defense, secure architectures, and multidisciplinary system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and manage system-level cyber security and defense requirements
• Design and lead secure system architectures and perform detailed system design
• Prepare and maintain system requirements documents, design documents, procedures, and test specifications
• Coordinate between multiple engineering disciplines (software, hardware, systems, cyber)
• Drive technical solutions and lead interfaces in a matrix organizational environment

Mandatory Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Software Engineering
• Proven experience in system engineering of complex, multidisciplinary systems
• or experience in embedded hardware/software development
• Substantial hands-on experience or formal training in cyber security domains
• High-level interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority
