Job Description:

• End-to-end analysis and specification of business processes, definition of requirements, and evaluation of technological solutions.
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs; analysis and translation of business and regulatory requirements from the initiation stage through specification.
• Leading professional topics, including formulation of work processes, proposals for improvement, and evaluation of alternatives.
• Definition of an overall framework and writing detailed functional specification documents, with ongoing work מול business, technological, and regulatory stakeholders, task leadership, and coordination between various interfaces.
• Supporting development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle and writing circulars/procedures for bankers.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements definition and specification – mandatory.
• Academic degree – mandatory.
• Experience in implementation and leadership of regulatory initiatives, experience working with regulation – advantage.
• Experience in the financial/banking domain, fintech worlds – a significant advantage.
