Integration Technician

ELTA Systems, a world leader in advanced defense and intelligence solutions, is looking for an Integrator to join the Intelligence, C4I & EW Division.

About the Role

The position includes hands-on maintenance, system integration, and technical customer support for advanced airborne and ground-based systems, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of systems (2nd line maintenance)
• Integration and system combination within complex and challenging projects
• System characterization, engineering requirements definition, and documentation
• Writing design documents, test procedures, and technical reports
• Engineering and maintenance support throughout the system lifecycle
• Close collaboration with internal and external engineering interfaces: Software, Hardware, Mechanics, and Integration teams
• Working with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree or Practical Engineer / Technician certification in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Mandatory
• Knowledge and experience in LOS / Data Link communication systems – Mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance, repair, and operational support of airborne and ground systems – Mandatory
• Proven experience working with computerized tools, test equipment, and automated testing systems – Mandatory
• Experience in system characterization and writing specifications, design documents, test documents, and technical reports – Advantage
• Experience with maintenance of communication systems in UAVs and ground stations – Advantage
• Good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory
