Company Description
At Esh-Tech Systems, we’re quietly engineering the future of Defense & Space—even though we’re in full stealth, we can share a few key insights. As a recent recipient of a grant from the Israel Innovation Authority, we are looking for a talented and motivated physicist to join us and take part in a first-rate technological challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calculations and experiments in the field of applied physics.
- Lead independent research and troubleshooting processes.
- Work with complex, multidisciplinary systems.
- Engage in hands-on laboratory work.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or higher in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with complex systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle failure investigations.
- Strong system-level understanding and a holistic perspective.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English.
Advantages:
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting; specific experience in an electro-optical lab is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with software such as MATLAB or Python.
