Technical Project Manager

A large, leading financial organization is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead innovative and high-impact projects across the organization.

Job Description:

End-to-end management and leadership of large-scale strategic projects.

Matrix management of diverse teams, working with senior business and technology stakeholders, and coordination with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Full lifecycle project management: planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support.

🎯 Leading the translation of business needs into technological solutions using Agile methodology.

🎯 Managing schedules, budgets, scope, resources, and risks.

🎯 Ongoing collaboration with development, architecture, and information security teams.

🎯 Participation in steering committees and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

📌 Relevant bachelor’s degree (preference for Industrial Engineering / Computer Science).

📌 At least 3 years of experience managing complex technological projects in Enterprise organizations – mandatory.

📌 Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

📌 Strong matrix management skills, team leadership, and process-driving capabilities.

📌 Excellent interpersonal communication skills and assertiveness.
