Head of RPO – Hands-On Tech Recruiting

Peak is looking for a Head of RPO to lead and grow our RPO practice.

This is a highly hands-on role, where approximately 70% of the work is active recruiting, with a strong focus on hiring and building teams of top-tier tech recruiters, alongside professional leadership and client management.

The role includes daily collaboration with leading global and enterprise tech companies, including Apple, Amazon, and top Cyber firms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the RPO function at Peak
• Perform hands-on recruiting, primarily hiring tech recruiters
• Mentor, coach, and professionally develop recruiting teams
• Manage ongoing relationships with enterprise and scale-up clients
• Own delivery, performance metrics, and SLA commitments
• Build and continuously improve recruiting processes and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tech recruiting — required
• Strong desire to remain hands-on in day-to-day recruiting
• Experience leading a recruiting team or professional function — advantage
• Deep familiarity with the Israeli tech recruiting ecosystem
• Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced environment
