AI\ML Algorithm Engineer

We are hiring an AI/ML Algorithms Developer in the Telecommunications (Telecom) domain, focused on AI algorithms, communication algorithms, and Graph Machine Learning (Graph ML). The role centers on network topology, event clustering, hypergraphs, and temporal graph structures to deliver scalable network intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Telecom Fault Analytics: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) / root cause detection, impact analysis, impact propagation, fault correlation, fault prioritization
• Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) for network topology graphs, dependency graphs, knowledge graphs, temporal graphs
• Temporal Graph Learning using RNNs / LSTMs / GRUs, and hybrid GNN + RNN approaches
• Deep Learning for network behavior modeling: CNNs, representation learning, anomaly detection
• Event Clustering / Alarm Clustering / Log Clustering for large-scale network events
• Graph Databases: graph data modeling, graph features, graph embeddings, graph queries
• AWS SageMaker + AWS: training, deployment, endpoints, pipelines, monitoring (cloud-native ML)

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science / Engineering (MSc preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in AI algorithms / ML algorithms development
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications / communication algorithms (telecom algorithms, network algorithms, communication systems)
• Proven applied experience with GNNs, RNNs, and CNNs
• Hands-on experience with graph databases and graph-based modeling
• Proficiency with AWS SageMaker and the broader AWS ecosystem
• Must have at least one:
• GNN algorithms applied to network topology, or
• Prior experience working with telecommunications networks
