We’re hiring an Electro-Optics Engineer to lead hands-on improvements of existing EO systems, solve complex field/production issues, and bring new technologies into a real production line.

What you’ll do:

• Improve and upgrade existing optical / electro-optical sensors
• Troubleshoot and solve complex EO system failures
• Build and improve innovative processes to boost performance & quality
• Design new equipment, tools, and dedicated fixtures
• Lead the introduction of new equipment into production (integration + team guidance)

What we’re looking for:

• M.Sc. in Physics / Electro-Optics
• 3+ years industry experience (preferably optical systems development)
• Strong knowledge of EO systems and sensors
• Advantage: fiber optics, fixture design, advanced tech implementation
