What does the role include:

Developing voice bots that manage conversations with customers (sales, service, and operations)

Building AI agents that combine phone + WhatsApp + automations

Writing prompts and AI agents that understand user intent, make decisions, and drive actions

Connecting conversations to real business operations:

Lead creation, opening service tickets, sending documents, updating statuses, payments/collections, and follow-up handling

Automating manual processes and turning them into stable, self-running workflows

Technical Requirements:

Proven experience in Prompt Engineering for GPT / LLMs

Experience building chatbots / AI agents (advantage for voice bots)

Strong experience with n8n / Make / Zapier

Working with APIs, Webhooks, and Postman

Experience integrating with systems such as ERP / CRM, invoicing and payment systems, WooCommerce, and e-commerce platforms

Experience with embeddings, semantic search, and intent recognition

Daily working-level experience with SQL

Practical experience with Python for integrations and supporting logic

Mindset & Soft Skills

Understanding how AI and automation create real business value

Ability to take a business need → translate it into a working solution

Working with customers and teams via Zoom / phone: requirements gathering, planning, and explanation

Independence, ownership, and systems thinking.

The position is based in our new offices in Petah Tikva, B.S.R City Towers
