What You Will Own:

You will be the architect responsible for building the core, high-performance services that govern our robotic fleet, including:

• Low-Latency Control Systems: Designing and implementing systems to manage the live, real-time control and coordination of thousands of physical robots.
• Massive Data Infrastructure: Architecting high-volume data pipelines and databases to handle the continuous stream of telemetry from our machines.
• Scalable Cloud Architecture: Leveraging cloud platforms to ensure our system is resilient, globally scalable, and always available.

The Technical Arsenal We're Looking For:

• Core Expertise: Proven expertise in C# .NET Core, Python, JAVA.
• High-Performance Track Record: A demonstrable history (minimum 5 years) of developing high-performance, low-latency backend systems (e.g., in gaming, finance, or real-time IoT).
• Systems Thinker & Troubleshooter: The ability to manage and thrive within complex, multidisciplinary systems (software interacting with hardware), coupled with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to rapidly diagnose issues in a production environment.
• Innovative Mindset: A proven capacity for "out-of-the-box" thinking and the ability to propose creative, non-obvious technical solutions to complex challenges.
• Data Mastery: Experience with high-volume data and relational databases (RDBS, SQL), with a strong advantage in NoSQL solutions like Redis.
• Cloud Proficiency: Practical experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• AI dev tools: Experience working with Cursor/Claude Code/GitHub Copilot.

Bonus Points (Tell Us About):

Experience with robotics, AI/ML deployment, motion control systems, Linux, algorithmics, AI automation, Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI workflows.
