Your responsibilities
- Communicate with customers worldwide on a daily basis and support in all belongings
- Ensure customer satisfaction via order execution management
- Responsibility towards customer in all stages along the ordering process
- Supervise order process within all internal processes
- Be THE interface between customer to Turnowksy’s design studio
- Engage in selling to Turnowsky’s customer database
Your qualifications
- University degree
- Fluency in English. German of advantage.
- Attention to critical paths and deadlines
- Creativity, organizational skills, communicational talent and managerial nature
- Basic graphic skills are of advantage
