What You’ll Do:

As our NPI Engineer, you’ll wear many hats (and possibly juggle a few!). Your role will include:

• Managing the production, integration, and testing of digital circuits, wiring harnesses, and other electronic equipment.
• Collaborating with subcontractors and cross-functional teams for seamless product development.
• Ensuring designs are manufacturable and validating production processes through rigorous testing.
• Overseeing project timelines and coordinating efforts between R&D, production, and supply chain teams.
• Supporting the transition of projects from design to mass production.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Electrical/Electronics Engineer or Practical Engineer.
• Experience: At least 5 years in product / component engineering with a strong grasp of NPI processes for digital circuits.
• Skills:
• Expertise in failure analysis and complex troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with testing and measuring equipment (DVM, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, power supplies).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B1 / Priority or similar).
• Proficiency in relevant software (PDM and Altium Designer or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and a flair for collaboration in cross-functional teams.
