About the role:

We are looking for a Technology & Process Risk Management Officer to take ownership of an integrated, process-oriented view of operational risk management, with an emphasis on technology and information security risks.

The role includes developing and implementing methodologies, challenging risk assessments, formulating and monitoring mitigation plans, and providing professional insights across the organization.

• Conduct cross-organizational process analysis and support major technology projects, including identifying risks, weaknesses, and providing professional recommendations.

• Initiate tasks to challenge organizational activities from a technology and information security perspective.

• Analyze technological failure events and perform cross-organizational investigations.

• Analyze databases in Data Warehouse and Big Data environments.

• Consolidate and enhance the value of processes carried out within the ERM unit.

• Deepen the understanding of the company’s exposure to various risks, including identifying risks in new products.

• Lead an organization-wide process for mapping technology, information security, and cyber risks.

• Maintain a close interface with the Technology Division, including the risk control function—conducting trainings, ongoing guidance, and professional evaluation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting – a significant advantage).

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in process analysis, project management, or systems analysis within an organization.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard building (Tableau – a strong advantage).

• Familiarity with risk management regulations – an advantage.

• Experience in technology risk management in cloud environments – an advantage.

• Familiarity with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, System, Development, or Digital departments – an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and process-oriented mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
