As a Technology Project Manager at Siltech, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex technology projects from pre-sale through full delivery. You will act as a central link between sales, technology, customers, vendors, and manufacturers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution design and leadership of pre-sale processes
• Technical support for the sales team
• End-to-end management of technology projects, from initial scoping to execution and delivery
• Development and management of project plans, timelines, and resources
• Ongoing coordination with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Identification of project risks, issue mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout all project stages

• At least 2 years of experience in managing technology projects and 5+ years of overall technical experience
• Proven experience in system integration environments, including:
• Networking
• Servers and virtualization
• Cybersecurity and information security
• Valid vendors' certifications – mandatory
• Strong project management, organization, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies – an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
