Join Elta Systems' Engineering and Systems Division, contributing to the development of advanced hardware systems in radar, electronic warfare, communication, and other integrated solutions.

The position includes:

• Developing integrated hardware systems for radar, electronic warfare, communication, and other applications

• Defining specifications, overseeing development, and supporting production both locally and internationally

• Designing and defining hardware architecture for Elta Systems products

• Full engineering responsibility for a product line within the Engineering and Systems Division

• Defining requirements and supporting development across various workgroups within the division

• Collaborating regularly with business clients

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering

• Familiarity with radar, electronic warfare, communication, or other integrated systems is an advantage

• Understanding of transmission and reception channel design is an advantage

• Knowledge of phased array systems is an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong teamwork skills

• High proficiency in English
